After I login and select a camera to view, I see the camera controls but never see the video image. How do I fix this problem?
A missing video image indicates the required ActiveX Control is not installed on your computer. The camera should detect this and soon prompt you to install ActiveX. The connection speed of your computer will determine rate of installation.
Some Web browsers block the automatic installation of these controls and will require you to click on "Install ActiveX Control" at the top of the browser window.
The installation of ActiveX Control is taking a huge amount of time on my computer. Is there a way to speed up the process?
